1. During the warranty period, we provide components free of charge for repairs or replacements caused by defects in materials and workmanship under normal application, installation, use, and service conditions.
2. After the warranty period, we provide life-long components at cost price for maintenance and repair.
3. All warranties are subject to proper installation, maintenance, and use in accordance with the User Manual. We are not responsible for damage due to improper use or maintenance.
A standard system package consists of high-efficiency solar panels, mounting brackets, 4mm² DC cables, hybrid inverter, WiFi module, combiner box, Lithium battery pack, and essential installation accessories (including MC4 connectors, wire cable cutter, stripper, and crimper tools).
