Integrated Fully Liquid-Cooled Energy Storage System

The integrated liquid-cooled energy storage system adopts the All-In-One design concept, integrating the power supply and distribution system, power conversion system, battery system, EMS system, temperature control system, fire protection system, etc. It occupies a small area and can be combined with multiple cabinets to achieve greater capacity expansion. The battery system adopts three-dimensional surround liquid cooling for heat dissipation, which has a heat dissipation effect far superior to the traditional bottom liquid cooling and ensures the cycle life of the battery cells to the greatest extent. The power conversion section adopts the third-generation SiC devices, with an energy conversion efficiency 1% to 2% higher than that of conventional systems, bringing higher economic benefits to the operators and shortening the investment payback period. This system can be widely applied in scenarios such as industrial and commercial parks, charging and discharging stations, and distributed photovoltaic power stations.
