Before assembling the battery pack, can you explain in detail how to match the battery of the battery pack?
We will do the following things before assembling the pack:
a. Select capacity, same capacities cells for one pack
b. Measure the voltage, same voltage cells for one pack (difference is under 0.02v per cell)
c. Measure the inner resistance, same IR cells for one pack (difference is under 1m Ohm) All above steps are very strict to make sure the pack performance is perfect.

What about your payment and delivery programs?
Payment items: By T/T, 50% for deposit and balance all before shipment. For small amount we also accept payment via PayPal / Western Union.

Can I have a sample order?
Yes, samples are welcome to order. However we need to charge a sample fee and do not ship for free.

How to solve the quality problem after sales?
(1) Take photos and videos of the problem and send them to us.
(2) Send the physical problem battery courier back to us.
(3) The engineer will analyze the defective battery within 2 working days.
(4) 3 months warranty after leaving the factory. The defective rate is below 1%. If the non-human factor quality problem is confirmed, we will repair or replace the battery free of charge.

What is your delivery time?
2-5 days for samples, 10-15 working days for large quantities.

What kind of certificates can you provide for these batteries?
Most of our current models have CE, CB, KC, MSDS, UN38.3. If custom designed, there is usually no current certificate, we can apply for it for you if you need it but the associated fees should be paid by you. If your order is large enough, the certificate fee is refundable.
