Modular houses offer three insulation material options, which can be selected according to needs: 1. Class A fireproof rock wool board (50mm, 75mm, 100mm): with excellent fire resistance and thermal conductivity of 0.035W/(m·K), suitable for high safety requirements. 2. Polyurethane foam (PU) (50mm, 75mm, 100mm): with thermal conductivity of 0.022W/(m·K), it has excellent thermal insulation performance and is suitable for different climate conditions. 3. Polystyrene foam (EPS) (50mm, 75mm, 100mm): with thermal conductivity of 0.035W/(m·K), it is cost-effective and suitable for warm and regular climates. |

Fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, electrical and plumbing systems — ready for comfortable living or working.

Supports personalized customization of exterior wall color, door and window styles, interior layout and floor, etc. to meet customers' different aesthetic and usage needs

Modular design allows for flexible combinations — units can be used individually or joined together horizontally and vertically.

All modules are prefabricated in the factory, and only simple lifting and connection are required on site, which can be completed by a team of two people in three hours.
The galvanized steel structure is wind-resistant, earthquake-resistant, and corrosion-resistant (suitable for seaside locations) and complies with the building standards of many countries. The walls are made of sandwich rock wool for good thermal insulation. The product has a service life of up to 15-20 years.
Anti-corrosion
Thermal insulation and fire retardant
Hot dip galvanized steel (more corrosion resistant and stronger)
Wind and earthquake resistant
Reusable. Detachable
Rainproof and heat-insulating
Reusable and recyclable design helps reduce environmental impact — an eco-friendly building solution.

Proven export experience to over 48 countries — we support FOB, CIF, and DDP delivery.
A1: Built with hot-dip galvanized steel structures, the modular houses have a service life of up to 15-20 years, with high-durability configurations lasting more than 30 years.
A2: The structures conform to grade-A building standards, offering wind resistance of 90-110 Km/hour and seismic resistance capabilities up to Grade 10.
A3: We offer three premium choices: Class A fireproof rock wool board (thermal conductivity 0.035W/(m·K)), Polyurethane foam (PU) (thermal conductivity 0.022W/(m·K)), and Polystyrene foam (EPS) (thermal conductivity 0.035W/(m·K)).
A4: Because they are fully prefabricated, installation is exceptionally fast. A standard unit requires only simple lifting and connection, which can be completed by a team of two people in approximately three hours.
A5: Yes. The electrical wiring and configurations can be fully customized to 110V, 220V, or 480V to match different global electrical power requirements.
A6: Absolutely. The modular units are highly flexible and can be utilized individually or connected both horizontally and vertically to create multi-story or large-scale structures.
